I joined In Shape Fitness in July 2023, training with Aris to build consistency while navigating my husband’s bone marrow transplant. My goal was to lose 10 pounds, gain muscle, and get stronger. As a Grandma, I focus on staying active—kayaking, hiking, skiing, and keeping up with my grandkids! My greatest achievement has been staying committed and making fitness a lifestyle. Training with Aris is my favorite part of the gym, and I encourage new members to take advantage of training promotions to set goals, learn proper form, and create a sustainable fitness routine. It’s truly worth it!
