I’ve worked out in gyms most of my life except for the last six years of my office career. After I retired I decided to join In Shape Fitness with my wife and we hired a trainer. I currently weight train with Cody who pushes me to reach my strength and fat loss goals. He’s amazing. I love STAYING CONSISTENT with my workouts and it inspires me to think about nutrition. Cody always finds exercises that work for me given my overall condition. It is satisfying to see the progress over time. Thanks to our exercise and healthy lifestyle we are rarely sick. My wife and I enjoy cooking and really appreciate occasional treats when we have them. Even when on vacation we keep up with our training as planned out by Cody. If I can give anyone reading this advice it’s “Don’t wait!!” I know life and careers are busy but you need to find time for you. You won’t regret it.
