Eight months ago, I decided it was time to take control of my health. I needed to lose weight, gain some strength and flexibility. I joined InShape and started personal training with Kyle. I work with him twice a week and have seen great improvement in this short period of time. I have lost about 15 pounds, gained significant strength but most of all my confidence and self-image have soared, thanks to Kyle. Personal training keeps me on track in a methodical, safe way with accountability to myself and Kyle.
