Boot Camp

Be the best that you can be! This six-week program combines calisthenics,
cardiovascular, and resistance training into a workout you never thought you’d be
able to do. The workout includes tire flipping, dragging, sledgehammers, heavy
ropes, TRX, stability ball exercises, and most of all a great deal of fun and fantastic
exercise. This challenging and dynamic workout offers an enjoyable change of pace
from your typical workout.
