Sarah Mcgee

NASM certified personal trainer

Sarah has a great passion for fitness and motivating others. She is a NASM certified personal trainer. She also has a strong background in Mixed Martial Arts and Kettlebell training. Her approach to fitness emphasizes functional training, strength training along with a mixture of balance and flexibility.

Sarah knows the human mind and body have incredible abilities just waiting to be unleashed. With this mindset and focus, she is an amazing addition to our training staff and enjoys working with every type of individual to help reach their goals.

You can also find her leading some of our Small Group Training sessions when she isn’t training clients to help them achieve tremendous results. We are pleased to have her on our team.
