Whether you decide to work one-on-one with a personal trainer or not, you will receive a workout individualized to your specific goals, whether they are weight loss, muscle gain, increased athletic performance, or overall health and wellness. On your initial visit, you will meet with one of our Personal Trainers to talk about exercise and what motivates you, your lifestyle, as well as your exercise experience and interests. Together we’ll set achievable goals and develop a personalized program to help you reach them. We’ll be there every step of the way to provide as much help as you need to make your workouts work for you. Our trainers are hand-selected based on credentials, education, and years of experience. They are the industry’s best, who truly understand the science of exercise and nutrition. Getting in shape can be difficult especially if you are unsure how to exercise. Be the best that you can be! This six-week program combines calisthenics, cardiovascular, and resistance training into a workout you never thought you’d be able to do. The workout includes tire flipping, dragging, sledgehammers, heavy ropes, TRX, stability ball exercises, and most of all a great deal of fun and fantastic exercise. This challenging and dynamic workout offers an enjoyable change of pace from your typical workout.

Do the boxer’s workout for the whole-body conditioning, the aerobic fitness, the fighting-trim midsection, the stress release, the mental toughness, the rich tradition, and the sheer fun of boxing for fitness.

The Pilates Studio at In Shape Fitness Center is excited to offer various Pilates training techniques. By appointment only, the studio offers private to small group Reformer, Chair, and Tower classes. The studio is located within the club on the second floor.
