Sean is a N.A.S.M. trained fitness trainer. He found a passion for fitness in high school sports and then carried that into the United States Army. After the Army he went to S.C.S.U. and earned his bachelor’s degree in public health. He worked as an E.M.T. until attending classes at Branford Hall Career Institute for professional fitness training.
He has worked with and trained children with special needs in a therapeutic clinic and has created both group and individual fitness programs centered on their needs. He is an avid student of Royce Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, competes in a multitude of obstacle course races and is an enthusiastic outdoorsman.
