It is Catherine’s love for sports and exercise that inspired her to pursue multiple educations in the health and fitness field. Growing up, she competed on a volleyball team and found success in running for her hometown high school. Catherine’s motivational skills allow her clients to achieve their goals with speed and ease. Whether trying to lose weight, build lean muscle or maintain a high standard of health, Catherine’s clients will be able to find the perfect balance in their exercise routines.
Catherine is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition, she further expanded her knowledge by attaining her NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification. Utilizing techniques she learned that focus on core strength and balance, form and muscle endurance, she strongly believes in improving her client’s flexibility and range of motion.
In addition to her commitment to maintaining her own strong and healthy body, Catherine enjoys outdoor running and participating in frequent local 5K, half-marathons and full marathons, often placing in the top three for women of her age group. The combination of her personal training knowledge and her healthy living lifestyle make Catherine the perfect mentor to help anyone achieve their fitness goals.
